Yeah, these ghost emails are common, especially in new profiles. I got a couple myself.

But I want to know how come everyone is saying that from Oct 2018 quota will be started. Is it a Oct-Sept cycle every year for draws to happen?

Don't lose hope. It's too early to say "no draw".
I already got ITA but there is something about these ROH threads which always make me come back here Well Good luck everyone for ITA.

WES. And you? Are you able to see your Electronic Report? Because I can't... I still applied assuming the report number will be reference number + "IMM".

I applied to IQAS and it has been almost 2 months since transcripts were delivered. Now the processing time has increased to 9 months... and i ll get my ECA only by end of oct. but i applied to WES for my wife's ECA and it was completed yesterday. Her application was started 2 months after my IQAS registration. I cant see her electronic report at WES website. nor have they sent an ecopy to mail.

Finally, I received Nomination yesterday .

My Timeline:
NOC: 2173
CRS: 340 (now 940)
NOI: ICT Week (29th Jun)
Submitted: 22-Jul-2017
Assessment: 26-Jul-2017
DIP: 10-Aug-2017
Nomination: 12-Sep-2017

After DIP it was a very painful long wait but feeling relieved now.

All the best for those who are still waiting for nomination. You all will get it soon, stay positive always.

copy is already shipped ... this is what they say :
" Your Document by Document Evaluation (ECA) - Initial Application order is complete and we sent copies of your evaluation report to your recipient(s). View your electronic report online"

These consultants !! Why didn't you proceed with your own? EE is not tough to understand especially when we have so many experienced and helpful guys in the house.
Even someone is doing through consultants, for most part you have do arrange all your docs on your own. Consultants would simply upload them.

I had created my profile, and u know what Last Wednesday I contacted the Consultants and they asked me to delete my profile which I created in CIC.
Last week also I missed the draw.. Was screaming, as am waiting from March..
