If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
Many congratulations to the folks who have got the invites today. Good to see an increase in the number of ITAs, albeit the cut-off remained same as before.
Anyways, its a good sign. In future the cut-off is expected to be decreased further even below 470 if the ITAs remain in the same range 4200-4500. So, I will say, always be hopeful everyone. Good luck!
This is alarming, 4500 itas and no change in score, given the fact that there were only a few hundred of ppl that have above 471 after the draw on sep 30. If Ircc decrease the number of ITa or skip a draw, it will be forever for those under 470 to get ita, fingers cross
