Who told you that?
You can create your EE profile even without ECA, and even receive ITA.
Once you receive your WES results, update your education section. It remains changeable.
Just have a pretty good idea of what your ECA Canadian Equivalency would be though at least, so that points are awarded accordingly.
Hopefully Ray of Hope materializes very soon (~9-12 hrs) and members in this wonderful group get the golden ITA. I know this thread may not be most appropriate for my query, but given how active it is I am asking here.
Is it ok to show experience of 5 years out of a total of 12 years in work history and remaining under personal history after getting the ITA. As I understand maximum points we can get for foreign experience is for 3 years. I have letters as per CIC format for 5 years, but for the other 7 its not 100% complete - letter with roles and responsibilities but does not have salary/number of hours per week.
Make your profile. Fill everything. For ECA say no for both. Make him primary applicant if the points are more by making him as primary. Then see what results its gives you. Once you submit it will show which category you met and how many points. If you have enough points then you will get ITA. If you have to wait. Then on june 6 if he is primary applicant you will get enough points for his ECA. Then update your form then you will get points for ECA. You can edit your file as many times you want before ITA.
Okay so going by the trend of 14 days cycle, probable draws today, 12 & 26 June and 10 July. Now my birthday falls on 10th July. What happens if I get ITA in that draw? When do an applicant looses 5 pts? On the birthday or 1 day prior?

Apologies for showing despair in a ROH thread.
My current CRS is 422 with Bachelors and almost maxed out IELTS.
Have a study permit for 1 year masters which would bring my CRS to only 486.
Planning to withdraw from program as by Dec2020, I am not confident of getting an ITA with that score
Wicked Wednesday is here. I believe that the turbulent times have passed and this dry spell will mark the beginning of great things we wished for like increased draw size, B2B draws, NOIs etc. Hopefully, here onwards there will be consistent draws and if atall there's a surprise, it will be a B2B draw. Surely it can't get worse than it already is.
