i am not giving rank according to subject ' Mechanical Engineering',, if you looking for the best uni in mechanical engineering u can check the 2013 world ranking as well as 2013 subject ranking as well as 2013 country wise ranking given by THES (Times Higher Education Supplement), Jio Thong Uni Ranking, and other private agencies which conduct the ranking..

i am just listing ur uni on repute basis..

4. University of Regina/ Memorial University of Newfoundland/ Concordia university/ University of Victoria

this is my opinion and your discretion is highly recommended.

this is highly recommended that cross check other sources over internet.

I thought University of Victoria is better than the rest.Most of the people on other forum included UVic amongst the top 10.

Despite of good universities in the list i would place Regina on top because of availability of good jobs in the province and slightly higher pay/hour.
