I accidentally raised an incorrect webform in February when I was looking to get an update on my EE application, because it was way past the processing period. Instead of selecting "Express Entry Profile" in the application type, I selected "Permanent Resident".
Last night I received an ADR for proof of residence in Canada in order to get my PR card. It also says I have 180 days to submit my document or else my application for PR card will be revoked.
I am not sure what to do now since I do not want this to affect my EE profile in anyway. Any help on what I can do next is greatly appreciated
