Usually the process starts around same time your medicals change to pass
Thats when your BG status changes to IP1 ( your application is in progress ....)

In this phase do they just verify if we submitted all docs based on the personalized checklist we got and all documents meet their requirements?

I'm confused, once the status change from ip1 to not applicable does it mean R10 complete?

If your background check is showing "your application in progress........" etc. then you are in IP1.

So how many days it take to change to NA

I have received AOR on August 15, 2017 under CEC Class
Current Status shows Medical Pass and Background: NA
Reviewing whether you meet eligibility requirements.
No additional and no documents required
Application under progress

I am very confused whether I passed R10 Completeness check or not ? In which stage I am in my file ?
Also, my work permit is expiring on October 22, 2017 and I have applied for extension of bridging open work permit on August 21, 2017 but I haven't receive anything.

Please help me understand, Thank you so much in advance.

When your background status changes to NA, it means you have passed R10. If your Review of Additional Documents has been changed to No need of more documents then your file is moving towards last stage.
