I am having critical situation. My wife is pregnant with 7 month pregnancy. We got visa last Friday. Neither me or my wife are ready to leave immediately(within 2-3 weeks which is safely permitted by airlines) due to Gynec doctor suggestions, no willingness of wife to travel in current state and job/social constraints. As per visa clause, I must return visa if my family structure changes and then NDVO will further guide me. If I land after new child birth if will be offence and I can never sponsor baby in future. Based on few comments from forum members and also heard facts from our social network, I come to know that If I return visa (in case of wife's delivery), it may take from 0.6-1.5 years further(or even more in current state of processing timings from NDVO ). So I had planned to leave alone in end of 3rd week of November by completing my job formalities. Now I want suggestions from seniors for :
1) What should be my next step further to get PR for new born child?
2) PR status of my wife and daughter(dependant of current application) will be still valid if they land next year for 2-3 months (to maintain PR status) ?
3) Can I process for TRV for new born child until his PR process is done ?
4) What was approximate time from members who had already experienced and passed through this situation ?
Relax and calm yourself
You should not travel and inform NDVO for new baby to be added later on......
Even in the instruction copies also , they have told this to inform about additions to your family.
After delivery, get passport and inform NDVO for adding to your PR...

Sir
Drop a letter / email to NDVO , requesting them extend your visa / advice, along with letter from your doctor in which he / she has to verify current pregnancy stage , supported by medical report , along with his / her recommendation.
In reply NDVO will guide you

Thanks Coolguy. My wife's delivery due date is Dec-13. (Same I had also informed NDVO by sending CSQ immediately after medical) And if I travel in end of Nov-13 (my wife even insist for same) will if affect adversely affect for new baby later ?

Hi Msaeed, We had completed medical when wife was almost 5 month pregnant. Immediately next day, even I had raised CSQ with request to delay upto exact due delivery date of wife. Even during medical test, hospital did not consider our Gaynec reports and also performed all the pregnancy related tests and attached same with out medical results. Shall I re-send CSQ ?

You cannot add anyone to your application if you complete landing formalities for the principal applicant.
Regards,
u cannot travel before adding your new born. It will mislead them...
You need to add new born and then travel.
Baby born after landing can be sponsored later on. This is not the case in yours

Yes coolguy. I agree. But if I am not landing, I will have to return visa and COPR back after Dec ( As Dec-13 is due delivery date of wife and she is not ready to join me because of extreme cold weather in Dec). And again wait further (not sure how much further time :-X ) So I was thinking to sponsor baby later as birth outside canada.
