Quitting before joining

Hi,

I applied for a closed work permit and my application was approved in Feb 2022. I was provided the "letter of introduction" and also granted 3 years work visa. However, due to some reasons, I was not able to move to Canada at that time. I also informed my employer that I won't be able to join them.

Now can I go to Canada on this visa in next month? I want to go there and find a new job.

On entry, you may or may not be asked for proof of employment. If so you would be denied entry. You will need a new LMIA and closed work permit too.
