Does forgetting mentioning the date in my PR application when I made flagpole to renew my work permit will get me into a trouble and may cause rejection to my application?

Ah great to know so they'll ask and not just reject it without notice and after your friend submit the 10 years history again his application got approved ?
And his issue was exactly like mine right flagpole date ?
