My wife is the sponsor who is in Canada. I'm the applicant who lives in the US. We're applying Outland (since I live in my own place in the US). We send the application package from Canada with her Canadian address as the return address, correct? We're using courier and I have that address.

We wanted to send it tomorrow but it's a observed holiday for new years so Tuesday it is.
 
It doesn't matter where the app is sent from.
