I have a question about the one year of work experience.....

Let say, i begin my work on August 4, 2010 ( 08/04/2010) and finish my one year of work experience on August 6, 2011 (08/06/2011) .
[ 08/04/2010 -- [ 08/06/2011]

Will i be penalised for having EXACTLY ONLY one year of work experience and NOT having a bit more (Like 1 year and 1 month) ????

thanksss...

That would be three days more than one year... But no, you won't be penalized. CEC is pass/fail. If you're a post-graduate and have 1 year of full-time (at least 37.5 hours/week) employment at a sufficient NOC skill level, your employment qualifies. Waiting doesn't help you.
