Questions regarding the CORP

Hello everyone!
After receiving a passport request letter I have a few things I would like to clear out. Hopefully somebody had the same situation as me.

My Visa Office wants me to send in a photocopy of the passport and two photos of myself and those family members who will accompany me to Canada.
I will be coming to Canada with my husband (a Canadian citizen with a Canadian passport) and our little daughter (a Canadian and Latvian citizen with a Latvian passport and a Canadian Citizenship Certificate). Do I send in their papers too? Or the request applies only on those accompanying non-Canadian family members who immigrate alongside me?

I have also a little confusion with getting my CORP to me. The email said to contact my courier company with the CORP pick up instructions. I called UPS and DHL. They said they don't do pick ups. Could they just mail it by regular mail or should I send in a pre-paid envelope with all the stamps?
