Questions regarding sibling points

Hello Members ,

Can someone please help answer the following questions regarding the sibling point claim ?

1. Can a signed CoPR be used for claiming sibling points or we need to wait for 60 days to get the PR card ?
2. Do we need to recreate the EE profile or the existing one can be modified ?
3. Is it okey if only the father's name matches in the documents ( passport ) of me and my sibling as there is a mismatch in mother's name ?

Forgot to mention .. he is already living in Canada for about an year but just got his signed CoPR
