I am 17 years old and i have got offer letter, gic certificate, and paid tuition fees. Now i only have to apply for my visa.I will turn 18 years old before going to canada.Do i still need to provide letter of authorization or consent letter from my parents. My elder brother who is 19 years old will accompany me in canada. So, please guys tell me about it ASAP.
It's completely unrealistic to expect a response in a few minutes. It can often take several hours or even a few days for the right person to see your post and respond. If you need an immediate response, you'll need to hire an immigration lawyer to assist you.
You should explain how your 19 year old brother is accompanying you to Canada - in other words, under what status he is traveling / what his status is in Canada.

if you are applying at the time of being below 18, you need to have a legal guardian accompanying you. One of the forms would require you to get consent from your guardians as well. You have 2 options now, either go along with the guardian or apply for the visa when you are 18 or over.
