(1) Is there any alternative test for IELTS?

(2) How many points(score) (the minimum) do I need?

(3) is there any table that shows the points of immigration corresponding the the IELTS scores?

1. CELPIP (pretty hard to find though)
2. There is no minimum.
3. Yes, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/EG7.pdf page 10. You really should read the instructions.
