I have several questions regarding OHIP that I hope someone can help with.
1) After staying the required three months and receiving your OHIP card, what is required to maintain coverage?
For example, would we lose our coverage if we returned to the US for a period of time (say, 3-12 months) before returning to Canada?
2) Must we maintain an official residence in Ontario to continue our coverage?
