I am graduating at the end of the 2022 Winter term (29th April 2022) and I will apply for my PGWP as soon as I get all the documents in order from the college.
My study permit and TRV counterfoil expire on 15th July 2022 and I 1st arrived in to Canada on 8th December 2021.

I need to go to my sister’s graduation in San Diego on June 12 2022.

Will I be able to come back to Canada? What documents do I need, and do I need a new TRV now or is it to late to apply for one?

If your TRV expires then you will need to apply for a new one. Given timing you may not have it before you leave.

Don't I need 6 months left on my study permit to apply for a new visitor visa (from inside Canada)?
And right now it says processing is 17 days for that visa.

Yup, I have a valid US visitor visa.
I don't know what processing time fits my case, am I Visitor visa (from inside Canada) or Visitor extension (Visitor record).
