1. I am working in a company in Canada for last 1 year, and I don't have a LMIA supported offer letter. There is a question in Express says:
Do you have a job offer letter. What should I select there Yes or no? Technically I have job, but not LMIA supported.
2. I am eligible for both FSW and CEC, how should I get invitation for CEC or I have choice to apply?

1. Select 'no'. A valid job offer is one that's LMIA supported.
2. I'm not sure whether you get to pick one, but if can't show the required funds for FSW, the system makes you ineligible for FSW. So you get invited under CEC only.
1. When I applied I put I have $12,000. So, What should I do?
2. I received letter from my University which mentions that, I have met all requirements for Graduation on Dec 19, 2014. But, my diploma /degree was awarded on Feb 1, 2015. I was international student and then apply for my post graduate work permit.
So, from which date I can start work full time Dec 19, 2014 or Feb 1, 2015?
