Hey there,
I‘m asking the ones who already live and work in Canada.
How did you get your job and did you just apply by yourself or did u use an agency which helped to find and employer ?
For sure we have to apply , but it looks like there is barely a chance do find a job offer from outside Canada.
What‘s your experience in those case ?
Working in Canada with a permit would be a big step towards a PR using the Express Entry or AIPP.
I‘m a Welder / Millwright, which means a skilled worker.
Hope to get some tips and information about your ways to get a work permit to start in Canada.

We recommend that people obtain PR first and then look for a job. Securing a work permit before PR is next to impossible since most employers are not willing to go through the LMIA process.
Ok i understand , but how am I supposed to get work experience in Canada to boost my crs for the pr if not with a temporary work permit?
A job offer is somehow needed in many cases to get more points for the Express Entry.
Getting one outside Canada looks almost impossible to me.

This is correct. It's one reason that there are so many fake "job offer" scams, as people are desperate and clutch at any possibly...
You could look into the possibilities of obtain a WHV or IEC, if your country participates in that scheme. Alternatively, apply to study in Canada and obtain a PGWP after completing your studies.
I already had the whv about 8 years ago and gained some experience but less then a year.
I‘m from Germany and i know i could go with federal skilled worker trough the express entry or could try AIPP.
But the Aipp needs an employer who gives an job offer, that’s why I hoped for someone who gained a job offer from outside and has maybe some informations.
