I'm trying to apply for TRV by myself, but I have several doubts like:

I'm applying online, how do I put my signature on the form?

In the section "details of visit to Canada" where they ask about "name, adress and relationship of any person(s) or institution(s) I will visit", what should I insert?

I'm applying from Portugal so my documents should be in English or Portuguese?

In the section "employment", I was a trainee in the administrative sector of a hospital from 2014 - 2016 (I worked for the government). Should I insert it too?

Should I get a paper from my university to prove that I'm studying there? Like, a declaration or something like that.

The contact information of the person/ institute/ hotel that you would be visiting

I'm applying from Portugal so my documents should be in English or Portuguese?

Documents must be only in English/French.

If these documents are in Portuguese, you must submit certified English/French translations.

Should I get a paper from my university to prove that I'm studying there? Like, a declaration or something like that.

You must prove your study ties:
Admission letter from your university + tuition fee receipt for the current/next academic year + a letter from your university that states you are a bona fide student and you are allowed a vacation from XX to XX dates + your student ID proof + recent mark sheet/transcript + any other evidence (campus accommodation or a lease in your name), etc
