Has anyone gotten a super visa lately for a parent?

Was it an easy process, or long and painful?
Were you denied such a visa? If yes, why?

Also, can a super visa be granted a second time?
If after two years the parent leaves Canada, is it possible to apply for a super visa again?
If yes, is there a cooldown period?
