Please help me by answering this questions that I have.

Situation: My parents wants to visit for 2months.

1. I just sponsored my husband and he arrived in Canada November2016. Can I sponsor my parents?

2. We are low income family based on 2016 assessment. Can I sponsor them?

3. What type of visa should I apply for them? Again, they only want to come as tourist.

Thanks in advance.

If you are a low income family, then it's extremely unlikely you meet the income requirements to either sponsor your parents for PR or apply for a super visa.

In that case a regular visitor visa is your only option.

So I can apply for regular visitor visa for my parents? What is the difference between a regular visitor visa and a super visa?

Your parents would apply for the regular visitor visa - not you. Your parents should be the ones to demonstrate that have sufficient income / savings for the trip given you are low income. I would avoid saying that you will pay for any part of their trip - that could very well lead to refusal.

Difference is that super visa allows longer visits.

If they haven't traveled extensively before to countries requiring visas, I would request a 2-3 week trip tops.
