My bf and I decided to get married and file for Quebec inland spouse sponsorship. My husband is from and currently staying in Quebec, I'm a closed wp holder in BC, expired mid of December.
My questions are:-

1. Since we are currently not living together (he lives in Quebec, I live in BC), should we file for Family Class?

2. If we choose to file inland spousal, would I have valid status to move to Quebec? Would it be consider implied status once we submitted the application, so that i can move to Quebec?

3. Or am i still able to work in BC until the work permit expired?

Many thanks.

1. You must apply outland if you want to apply now. In order to apply inland, it's mandatory that you be living together. If you want to apply inland, you will have to wait until you are living together in the same province.
2. As said above, inland is not an option. You will be refused if you apply inland since you aren't living together.
3. Yes, you can continue to work in BC until your work permit expires.
