Hi guys,
I got EE ITA under PNP. My uncle lives in Canada and he has pr card already. Do I need to declare my uncle as the relative?
The problem is that I am not able to provide the proof of relationship such as birth certificate.
If I did not declare, cic will think that i misrepresent the info to them. If i did not, I can not offer proof of relationship.
How should I do? any ideas?
Thanks for your help.
If you mentioned your uncle in EE then I would make reference to him in your ITA.

You don't have to mention him and this is not misrepresentation.
This is optional and a chance for people to establish there Adaptability and get more scores on selection criteria. If you are not willing to do so for some reasons, just don't mention him at all.
Good luck
thanks,
any others can share your experience????
