I applied once as an electrical engineer and my case returned due to lack of plan etc.
as the electrical engineer is removed from the occupation in-demand list can I apply as an electronic business technician? if yes what are the consequences the SINP doesn't say you had applied in different NOC and again retuned or reject the case? please explain in details.
