So does it mean that you have to work in the occupation full-time or part-time? What does "equivalent part-time" mean?

What does "equivalent part-time" mean?= full time is 37.5 hours per week. so if u r working in the job @ 18.75 hours per week, to be eligible to apply u will have to work for 2 years.
