Hello everyone from Canada, I have a question and I need an answer .
How is the so called "overqualification" handled in your country. For instance,
suppose you were a beginner accountant, you have your own official NOC. But you find a job offer for a Data Entry, or Admin Assistant, Which is a different NOC. But relavent to you in most of the duties. You like the firm, and you like the job and you want it, and given your credentials you will be able to fit in this position that you aren't trained specifically for.
Are employers going to objectively consider your passion, and your ability to perform. Or do they reject you immediately because of a certain law or legislation.
Thank you so much.
