I am finishing my master here in ontario, and planning to apply for the ontario pnp master stream, however I am planning to go back home right after I graduate and god knows how long I am going to stay there,
my Question
Can I apply for the pnp while I am home (not in canada)? or is it I have to get my PR before I can leave the country?
Another question is in case I get my PR card and it gets expired without the 730 days Will I be allowed to get visitor visa to canada or I will be banned from entering the country?
