Question Regarding Personal History

I received ITA recently and I am preparing my eAPR. I have couple of questions regarding the personal history section and I am hoping someone can help.

I have an MSc degree (3 years program) from a UK University but all my studies were online through distance learning. During the 3 years of the program I switched my country of residency from Country A to Country B; I never visited UK during this period.

1/ in personal history section of the eAPR , for "country/city where activity took place". What should I mention? UK ? or Country A or Country B? -> I don't want the system to ask for PCC from UK, because I never visited the UK.
2/ Should I include the bachelor degree in personal history section if I graduated in 2010 especially since the form is asking about activities in last 10 years?

Write the country where you were physically located.

Split it in two and write the duration for each country for that activity.

What did you enter in EDUCATION history then? 2 entries for MSc with 2 different locations? And uploaded same MSc degree twice? Please guide
