I have a few questions regarding the employment/experience letter I received from a Canadian employer.

I had three different periods of employment under this employer - the first one as a co-op student, the second as a fixed term employee working part-time while studying full time, and the third was full time employment after applying for PGWP (I received it almost 2 months into starting full-time work for the company).
I did not specify the first two periods of employment in my Express Entry Profile as they would not have counted towards any points.
However, the employer's reference letter mentions that I have worked for the company as a co-op student and as a fixed term employee.
Do I need to add these to my application (I have already received ITA)? I could ask the employer to not mention these periods in their letter, but will that create further problems? For e.g., the T4 slips will show that I started working for the company earlier than mentioned in the letter.

The instructions on the website say that I need to create a separate file for each period of employment. My employer has provided a single letter mentioning all three periods of employment. Do they need to be separate letters for each period?

The letter also has the letterhead and address of the company that owns the subsidiary I worked at. Do I need to ask the employers to mention the address of the subsidiary in the letter? They have specified that I worked at the subsidiary, but there are no further details provided about the subsidiary other than the name.
