- For Quebec you aould use any of those 2

- TEF, TCF, TEFAQ, TCFQ, DELF, DALF.

- CSQ times here == http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/immigrate-settle/permanent-workers/official-immigration-application/immigration-application/processing-times-table.html#hongkong

- Depends on the province / Area, you can get prospects here http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2006/Welcome.aspx Also its worth to check these, http://www.guichetemplois.gc.ca/prov-fra.aspx?OfferpPage=50&Student=No

And == http://placement.emploiquebec.net/mbe/login/portail/portcherc.asp

- Once you land you can work on anything you can get / want, then move onto something more convenient if you just need to get a job after landing.

- Basic

- Sending your certificat can speed up and smoothen up the process, you can still be called for an interview nonetheless.

- Not sure on this one if you make it thru w/o being called for an interview, but rest assured if they are not sure your level is good enough, that'll be assessed on your adaptability interview.

- That seems to be game over for all of Canada by now, but prospects can change anytime, in any that's just my opinion. You can check the list of training areas for Quebec to get an idea.
