Sorry if it does not sound appropriate question for this board but I did not find any satisfactory answer on Yahoo Answers.
I'll be traveling to India with an international carrier and have to catch a domestic flight (JetLite or Kingfisher) from Delhi to Lucknow. My question is re: the baggage allowance. Since I'll be carrying two pieces of checked-in luggage (23Kgs) and one laptop bag, will I be charged extra for my second checked baggage. Respective airlines' websites are not clear about their baggage allowance for international visitors and it sounds as if I could be charged 3 times of my airfare for just one extra piece. Sounds crazy!
I expect an answer to this question if by chance, somebody on this board has gone through similar experience. I've written to airlines customer care but no response yet.
