I was checking provinces websites to see which ones I can apply to without the condition of having a job offer to obtain a nomination from them.
But I noticed that some provinces like Saskatchewan is requiring certain occupations. Some doesn't provide a similar list, such as New Brunswick. Does that mean that I can apply to any of these provinces as long as I have a grade A NOC? Or how does it work because I am really confused.
Also, is it possible to apply to more than one province? Because I noticed that all of them are requiring you to show interest in living in this specific province. Would it effect me negatively?
