i applied express entry under (cec)...i got invited because i used my work permit and got 600 points from it ...and i just applied for bowp last week...
my question is if my application for bowp was rejected does it mean that my pr application through express entry is already rejected?
thank you for your reply i just want to know what option do i have if it comes to worst...

Not necessary. It depends on the reason why BOWP application being rejected...

BOWP rejection is mainly if the applicant fails R10 check (completeness check). If an applicant fails r10 check that automatically means that file is incomplete and is rejected.
Don't stress too much about it, the outcome will be positive if you applied with complete application

Your PR application does not depend on your BOWP application and assessed independently. So the decision on BOWP should not affect your PR application, except the case when your BOWP is rejected due to misrepresentation, which is followed by 5 years ban (and rejecting PR application as well).
