Question on Sending passport after PPR request

Dear Friends / Seniors,

Can you please tell me whether can we send the passport to CIC visa Courier (like UPS etc) or do we have to use only Canada Post for sending passports?

I saw a sample PPR email in which they have also requested to send 2 prepaid canada post express envelope's for them to send back the passport.

Kindly clarify and let me know whether UPS is a good option for sending passports?

Send it by Canada Post.. UPS does not have good service, can't trust them

Hi, you can send your passport by any courier, but you have to enclose 1 Canada post express prepaid envelope for sending the passport back, otherwise your passport will be sent by normal mail.

I sent my passport through UPS and included one pre-paid envelope from UPS and not canada post. Is that okay? I haven't got my passport back yet. It reached CIC on 29th July.

Are you sure they wouldn't use the return UPS envelope and will send it through general mail???
