Hello, I have a question regarding on the process time comparison of LMIA (for PR only) and OINP employer pre-screen application. My employer probably agree to apply for one of the above for me. So I am wonder which one is actually better in terms of how fast the application is processed? I was thinking that OINP is taking a very long time and process, but I don't know how much time LMIA (for PR only, not for work permit) is going to take.
And also because I am on post graduate open work permit (open work permit doesn't require LMIA), am I eligible to apply for LMIA in this current status and the LMIA can be used in the Express Entry for open worker permit holder?
