Question on NOC 0, A, B Need Clear Explaination Here Please :(

I acknowledge that t e CEC only accept job that belong to NOC 0, A, B
And the NOC included the job type from 0-9
Therefore, Our job could be from 0-9 as long as it duties matches the NOC 0, A, B?
Please Correct me If I am wrong...

And does any one know if Interior Design (NOC 5242) qualified according to NOC 0, A, B ?

NOC 5242 Interior designers and interior decorators falls under NOC B according to Government of Canada, CIC has only accepted 3 applications under that NOC, so you should be good to go.
