I just couple of letter's with me but no Business Cards, but even in the offer letter they have just mentioned theri position they held and a signature and email id. Those are on the Letter headof the Company, Are those sufficiant ?
well, a business card should have an address, a telephone number and a fax number if possible. If those are on the letterhead, it might be okay. We think CIC would understand that some companies do not have business cards, but if your company does have business card, then don't take the chance. Any time you go against the rules, its a risk but this is probably not a big risk. I didn't send business card for one of my companies but did send in a copy of the email saying that they don't give their business card with the HR letter.
Since, I have applied under the category 4131, the insitutions i used to work for are small unversity and a provtae institution, the the Intrcutors working there do not have the Business card, but they have personal email address will that be okay ? If I ask them to send an email, stating the thing as you mentioned ?
Hi Rupesh,
I am applying in 0213 NOC. But my postion is Projects Coordinator not I.T Manager. My company will agree to give me a letter with "Projects Coordinator/I.T. Manger, with all duties I performed.
Please help me, shall I ask them to give me as project Coordinator or I.T Manager, only one?
Shall I give them the duties mentioned in CIC to the HR to put in my ref letter?
One of my previous employer is out of business but I have old ref letter from him and H1 copy and offer letter, is it ok.
Please reply.
thanks.

For your old employer, the old reference letter and offer letter should be fine (also substantiating with h1 is great).
For your current employer, I don't understand your question. You can put any title as long as your duties that you performed are 0213. That is my understanding anyway. Don't copy duties from CIC website.
