Hello, my girlfriend is going to extend her visitor status for another 6 months. Should we try for 1 year? We have filled out all the paperwork but are unsure what to put for reason of extension. I have read to put exploring relationship or trying to gain permanent residency.

Also what do I need to provide along with her application? Should I just write a letter stating that I will be covering any cost and emergency funds if the need arises? Should I provide a record of employment, or pay stubs?

Anything else we should know?
