After receiving the ITA for Permanent Residence we are given 90 days to submit our documents. My question is do I need to take my bank certificates right around the day I submit my documents or they can have any date within that 90 day period?
Ideally within 2 weeks before you submit your eAPR.

As long as the date on the statements is later than that when you received ITA, it is fine and acceptable. But yes, ideally it is recommended to have it closer to your e-APR submission date.
Thank you so much DelPiero07 and sushsmart15. I appreciate your help guys!
my bank letter date is a day before submitting eAPR.
Thank you xpressentry. That is very helpful.
