Hi everyone, I received a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CoPR) letter by email weeks ago from CIC. It seems that the procedure for PR applicantion was changed due to Covid-19. There is no interview needed for a inland applicant for now, and I was told that I had become a permanent resident directly. The letter also says "If you have a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CoPR) document in-hand, please send it along with one photo that meets our photo specifications", which is a bit confusing for me. Is there a paper version of CoPR document to be mailed to me later or is this letter itself the CoPR document I should send my photo with? Can anyone who has gone through this procedure during this pandemic help me with this confusion? Any answer would be highly appreciated!
Have any of you guys tried applying for SIN or health using this document? They rejected mine, probably because it's not a real copr. But the letter says I can.
Disclaimer: I'm a spousal applicant, but I can't find any other threads
