Hello,

I am studying in University of Windsor taking Master of Applied Computing. I will be graduating in September 2024.

Now, I got married in February 2024.

My question is should I apply for visitor visa for my wife citing my graduation ceremony as reason?

Can it cause the rejection when I apply for spouse open work permit?

If I apply for visitor visa, what should be my path after that? Can I apply for spouse open work permit while she is here in land in Canada?

As our marriage is pretty recent, does she have high chances of rejection for visitor visa?

I and my wife both want to settle here in Canada only. Please share your insights as I am pretty clueless what to do.
