Does anybody know what happens if you fail to deliver medical examination to CIC within 30 days even if I submitted one previously?
I submitted one last year around the same time (december 2014), and this year they sent me an email stating they require a brand new one. I did not ever see the email until recently and have been struggling to find a physician for this. They require it before January 3rd 2016, and with the new years and holidays I might not be able to get an appointment for the medical checkup.
Once again, if I do not deliver within 30 days of the email, will they actually reject my application or will they be lenient about it and maybe let me submit it after January 3rd 2016? (possibly submit the 4th or 1-2 days late)

They might unless you contact them, explain the situation and ask for extension. You can do so through a case specific inquiry form, just send it ASAP, explain your situation and say that results will follow shortly AND hurry up to do your actual exams.
