I am confuse on my med request letter. Please clarify. Does Ottawa sends the medical results to Los Angeles visa office after their review? what is the 120 days written in the letter - should it be that Ottawa must have the results in 120 days or should it be LA visa office to receive it from Ottawa within 120 days?
What's the procedure?
The letter says, "If we do not receive all the documents requested or explanation within 120 days from date of this letter, we shall assume that you are no longer interested in pursuing your application....."
From my understanding, it should be LA visa office to receive it within 120 days. But since the DMP should send med results to Ottawa (as written also in the letter), does it means that Ottawa will forward the result to LA visa office?
