The CIC guide says "The applicant must include the immigration medical examination (IME) number in their e-APR.", but I couldn't find a specific field where I could input this number in my application.

Can you please give me a link to the guide where it says this?
In the PR application itself, there is no field to enter any number, but there is an option to upload the print out given by the doctor, that printout has the UMI in it.
