I am in Canada and sponsoring my wife from Sri Lanka. I understand that I need to fill Part 3 out but half of it is directed to Islamabad Pakistan Canadian high commission, such as school and military questionnaire. My question is, do I have to also fill that section out? or just only the first part of the package that is under Sri Lanka? Also do I only submit the those Sri Lankan section forms? or Do I need to attach them all. Thank you
