Question for Sponsoring Eligible Relatives

: Hi everyone, I have one question about sponsor other relatives.

I am a new immigrant, single, live alone and have no relatives living in Canada.
I know I am not eligible to sponsor my parents now. Am I eligible to sponsor other
relatives like my nephew or niece who is under 10 years old?
