Question for Express Entry/FSWP eligibility criteria about skilled work experience

Hello,
I need help with regards to EE/FSWP eligibility criteria in terms of skilled work experience.
In the questionnaire for eligibility there is the question stated as below:

"In the last 10 years, how many years of skilled work experience do you have? It must have been continuous, paid, full-time (or an equal amount in part-time), and in only one occupation."

My work experience for 1 particular NOC related to marketing (which I'm going to state as my primary occupation) for the last 10 years has been interrupted, as in the middle I was working for different position (different NOC):

- September 2014 - December 2017 - NOC x
- May 2020 - August 2021 - NOC x
Total for NOC x - 4.8 years

- For this particular question, in the eligibility questionnaire, can I choose Four to Five years skilled work experience as all these occupations fall into same NOC, even tough it was interrupted in the middle?
- For CRS points can I also add the experience I had in the middle, which has different NOC and will I gain extra points for them?
