Question for after send out the application.

Hi Experts,

I have sent my application to CIO Sydny, Nova Scotia. My canada post tracking indicate that package being delivered successfully on Aug 21st.

But I haven't receive any confirmation or information from CIO to indicate that they have received my package.

Is this normal? is there any email should I be expecting from CIO to notify they have received my package? or the only thing from CIO to notify me that they have receive my package is the AOR? or there is another email/confirmation should be sending to me before the AOR?

you should join the august thread to find out when ppl start receiving their AORs. It is too early for any communication from Sydney office.

Thanks for the reply. Does it mean that AOR is the first thing CIO will notify? There won't be anything (confirmation or notification) at the time of they receive my package?

CIC don't send any confirmation reply i.e. they received your package etc...
Now you will receive AOR (If you application is completed in all respect).
AOR receiving time may vary from applicant to applicant
