Hi Everyone,

Congratulation to everyone who has luck on 59th draw today!

I am on PGWP, NOC3233 Nurse, 2 Years Canadian Work experience with CRS 423 .

I am about to submit my documents under Caring people with high medical needs (new caregiver program) pathway, however, I just got invited today under Express entry.

My question is CAN I apply under both category since I am qualified on both? I couldn't see any related policies from CIC. I have had my medical exam done, police certificate completed, Employer reference letters on hands already. Will I get into trouble if I submit two applications? The reason of it is my PGWP is about to expire in 2 months and I want to extend it ASAP.
